Hank Shaw - “Boarderlands” cookbook

There’s been a jug of cucumber aqua fresca on repeat in our fridge since Father’s Day. My kids pound it down. I rim a class with Tajin to act classy.
Nice! Gonna give that a go this week.

They were gone before pics. Sorry.
We finally made those too. Absolute insanity. So good. We made it with some flank I took from the moose this year. These are a new go to for tacos going forward. @Hunting Wife wasn’t lying - do not skip the onions. We also used some of the hot sauce we just made.

We also did the Chile rellenos. There’s definitely a learning curve on nailing these, but they were very good. We ended up with some very mild NM chiles this year so that was the only thing that kept this batch from being amazing - too mild.
