This old girl will always be my favorite. My grandpa's custom 98 mounted with a 2.5 power Lyman All-Weather with a post reticle, set in projectionless-ring mounts. Even with the low power scope and thick reticle, she's capable of honest sub-moa groups. And I love her enough to never let her be a safe queen, my son carried her out last fall, making him the fourth generation to take her into the field.

The gun in a 1909 Argentine mauser .270 that I built for my dad while in gunsmithing school, my first rifle.

I'm actually planning on building two more. One for each of my boys. I already have the two 09' Mauser actions and one stick of wood. Now I need buy a lathe and mill and go to work. I hope to get my FFL and build "for sale"rifles in a few years.
