Grilled Venison Steak or Chops

Take equal amounts of soy sauce and kitchen bouquet and 1 tsp of dry mustard. lay steaks out on a pan and rub in the mix of soy sauce and kitchen bouquet on both sides, sprinkle on the dry mustard and let sit over night. Throw on the grill the next day. Works good with any wild game meat.
