1 lb venison steaks, slice thin
1/4 cup concentrated lemon juice
1/4 cup beer(six pack on the side)lol
1/4 cup butter
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper,sliced
1 fresh jalapeno sliced
1 tomato, sliced
black pepper, garlic salt and seasoning salt to taste

Wrap all ingredients in heavy-duty foil very tightly so that liquids are not lost. Cook foil package on grill 20 to 25 minutes.
