I spent it elk hunting, but that is not what made it great. On friday I received a text from my son who is a senior this year saying that he had been accepted to attend the University of Texas next year by way of his class ranking, fifth out of 180 or so. I am so proud of him. That was the best news we could have gotten, as that was his number one choice for a college.
