That’s me and my brown/black friends. They’ll be in pants, hoodies and beanies and I’ll be in shorts and T-shirt saying “it’s finally starting to cool down fellas.”

But we do have a few skinny meth white boys at work that wear beanies and puffy almost all year. It’s bizarre.

Ditto. It is hard for me to imagine it wouldn't spoil. That salt on the exterior can really preserve the meat all the way to the bone?

I believe even in the olden times of meat preservation, things need to be more controlled than this for an edible product. I can’t think of one cured meat or salami recipe that at the curing/aging phase says, “f*ck it, hang it outside til spring, weather be damned”.

This guys a clown. And that’s before you get into the bino harness.
