I think success on this has a lot to do with the random order the states are presented to you. One time, it can be pretty easy if you get the "outside" states with esternal borders first - the next time can be more difficult if you get Iowa, Kansas, etc. first.

So do it a few times and see if you can ever get 100% in less than 300 seconds.

90 % 13 miles and 198 seconds. I was better than that my second time, still not 100% but it was easier due to the order of states the second go round
