Garfield County sues High Lonesome Ranch over road access

Question- will the ranch be paying 9 years of back fees for outfitter leasing?

I was wondering if the county lawyer fees were included in the settlement.

Needs to be. Need some bite to the laws that are supposed to protect public land. People like this ranch and Elk Mountain Ranch need to pay stiff penalties for basically stealing access to public land for themselves. There is absolutely no excuse for blocking public land.
