Ahhhhh.... I took the lyrics too literal, I had no idea....doh!!!!
I am so thankful that my Grandmother scared me & my brother straight when we were knee high to a grasshopper.
She was a nurse in the State Mental Hospital in a Southern State in the 50's 60's & 70's.....
She was a strong, determined woman & had many stories about her work.....not very many were good ones.
I cant imagine having to do the things she had to do back then.
