The bulls for billionaires got me pondering. What are peoples views on Block Management? Could land owners earn a wildlife biologist set number of tags for allowing an equal number of equal tags on their property in equal areas? Not sure if that makes sense… essentially 2 equal hunts, one for the landowner and 1 for a public hunter?
