I took a dive off a ladder in my shop about thirty minutes ago. I'm feeling it a bit right now.

That's why I make my wife climb the ladder

I remember getting hit by guys 30lbs heavier than me in high school. Sure, shake it off, but it hurt like hell.
Dart isn't a small guy at 223 lbs. He might have bounced back, but he got smoked by a db going full speed.
