I like Darnold as a "fair-good" QB though pressure on Darnold tends to throw him off a bit.

And here I was going to say that this game featured the two best candidates for Coach of the Year, and the two best candidates for MVP of the Year (if restricted to QBs). Of course, none of them have a shred of a chance of winning such an award, but so it goes.

My point Vrabel in New England can improve the defense to take pressure off the young quarterback and the offense. The kid has wet his feet and shown good instincts. They bring in some better receivers the offense will mature on its own.

I don’t know how they are 14-2 with the way he is playing tonight. The pressure from the defense has him scrambling to ditch the ball.
