Same. Had a friend go to college there in early 2000’s and it was an awesome place to visit. Went back through there on my way to southern Arizona in 2023 and still enjoyed it.

No long term experience so definitely curious what op has to say.

What do you mean? It turned into a super expensive place to buy a house that’s for sure. But I spent a couple weeks around there last year and it was pretty decent.
