Load them to Photobucket and it is easy.
I have used this site to resize pics for this forum. It works great and it's free.

An open source (free) program that allows you to resize easily is Irfanview.

All you have to do to resize pictures is select them, right click and send to email. You will prompted to resize, click medium or small. Once the email opens re-save the pictures to a different folder, you can just drag them back into the original and replace them but they wont be as high quality if it is the only copy you have. You can select multiple pictures at once by holding down ctrl while you click them, that way you don't have to do one picture at a time.
Very simple, you have to resize almost anytime you upload a picture to the web, not just this site.

Ok, you all know the problems I have been having trying to download these pics. even AFTER I resized them to the same size others had luck with on this site. I finally decided to try photo bucket which isn't very easy to use at first either.http://s39photobucket.com/use so still no sure you will ever get to see these pic.
