First buck of the year

You can pretty much hunt anywhere you are legally allowed to hunt (public land). There are certain hunts within the A-Zone that are "in-addition" to the regular hunt, antlerless and later buck hunts for example.

Both of my kids still have tags so we will see if we can find one of these guys. Unfortunately they only seem to be showing themselves at night...go figure.

Congrats on the buck, imagine it's pretty fun hunting right now.

Going to do a mount? Or have you on one this early before? I'd think that'd be pretty cool.
