Fallen giant

While hunting in the White Clouds this past weekend I found many fallen trees. This one was especially massive - it makes my bow look like a toy. I wonder how old it was, and when it fell.

What a beast! I stumbled upon this one while scouting this past summer. I got in contact with a tree bio I know and he said he would guess about 400 years old. I blacked out the face because I didn't ask my hunting buddy if I could post a photo of him, better safe than sorry

My buddy is standing in the plane of the tree and his reach is 6 feet plus!
