Whenever I see a window sticker like this, I can’t help myself and I always try to see what the passenger looks like. Usually, it is a another guy or the seat is empty.

If it was there at time of purchase...why wouldn't the previous owner have removed it prior to selling? That can't have made for a good sales pitch. And why wouldn't the new owner remove it immediately? That's a whole new category of laziness.

If it wasn't there, the new owner wasted no time letting people know that they are bat-shiit crazy.

Practical joke perhaps? Honestly that would make the most sense.
