Experience with SIG BDX system

I have been looking at the system as I am totally inexperienced with ballistic dial scopes and particularly the combination of integrated range finder/scope/blue tooth phone so any advice on pros and cons would be appreciated. I tend to favor simplicity over technology when hunting but I came across this system when considering options for a new range finder and the SIG came highly recommended. For the past 20 years mil dot systems have proven very effective for me so this would be a material change.

Friend runs the system and it works well from what he says. Wouldn’t catch me running one in cold weather though
