Not done with my goat roping just yet, or I'd be tempted to plan a hunt this fall still. We did have a good time. It was much different than what I’m used to at home but I enjoyed it. Hope you’re doing better now.

Looks like 303 closed on the 30th.If the ram was posted on the quota on the 27th, which it didn't state closure on the site. Technically the guy has 48 hrs which gives him until the 29th so if the hunter did harvest on the 29th then technically he's got 48 and I'm thinking because it was basically the last day they didn't update it like they probably should or could have.
ONLY THE HUNTER KNOWS!!!!!

Do you suppose those skeeters got blown in from the park that they were not already familiar with the country? If so, they must have been sorely disappointed with their sheep-finding prospects compared to the country of their birth.I was able to get one scouting trip in during the summer and was eaten alive for two days by mosquitoes looking for a sheep and getting familiar with the country...
Agreed! That is a dam cool pic.
Welcome to the forum; and, thanks for posting that nice assortment of photos!I have plenty of questions and comments for you all after reading through this entire forum twice, but for now an introduction and some pictures should suffice.
Sorry to hear that it all went South for you this year after you finally made the decision and pulled the trigger on that NR tag!No stories from me, other than an extended hospital stay and a mystery illness that wiped out my trip before it began. Been a quiet season so far, kill wise, other than 501.
