Must have somehow passed the bailing twine test.

Slammin’ dinks since 2021.

They’ve really got that niche market covered. Good for them.

Same ranch?

Same ranch?

Same spot they had to push him off the rd.

Did they really kill another ram this year? I take it in 303

Yep.

They are truly a master of their domain. And that domain is using the crosshairs of a riflescope to gauge if a ram squeaks by the 3/4 curl requirement.

[406dn]

From the photo... it appears more legal than the Boddington lamb. So, directionally, maybe headed in the right direction.

[Drake4]

They were making a stock on another (smaller) one out of the same bunch the next morning.

Progress is good!

FWP let them set the bar a year ago

At least they should be out of there for the next six years since they have both filled there tag and are in the waiting period now.

[Flylo]

Where the heck are you guys getting your info? The 303 ram was not killed by the boddingtons.

[MTGomer]

A little clarification… i think when “they” was said earlier, “they” meant “Dome Mountain Ranch” not “The Boddingtons”.

[Flylo]

Perhaps they were. I didn’t get the whole story yet but the ram was killed by a local girl and I don’t think “they” had anything to do with it. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is friends with some guides though.

@geetar glad those Beartooths showed you some real hospitality! Sounds like a great trip!

[TrumpkinTheDwarf]

We did have a good time. It was much different than what I’m used to at home but I enjoyed it. Hope you’re doing better now.

Not done with my goat roping just yet, or I'd be tempted to plan a hunt this fall still.
