I think I would have been 20+ inches high on a guess on him

Not sure if he shrunk a little from last year and we weren't able to measure that shed. We were guessing him to be 350, so we were likely also about that high.

Honestly most bulls aren't worth scoring for us mortals.
I figured out I'm "pretty good" at ALOT of things but an expert at none.
Here's one never posted before that is just a bull.....I was pretty happy.

This thread is proof as to why elk get all the love by hunters and thus management agencies, and mule deer get the shaft. Even “smaller” (all relative) B&C bulls look great on the hoof, take an awesome field photo, and look great on the wall! Not to mention the awe of the physical body size when you walk up on your first dead bull. Try making a 140” mule deer look as good as some of these 280” bull elk photos

I know you’re just getting warmed up on elk. My rolladeck is clean out unless we’re showing more 240’s. Now tricky MD photos is a different story
