We should do this. I think I have a deer hanging from the front porch of our college house in B'ham, and another of one wrapped in a blue tarp hanging from my balcony at our apartment in Bellevue.

i've since started working on homemade flour tortillas, far from perfecting that i'll say
the halfway is the guerrero "ready to cook" flour tortillas which are exhibited in the first photo. throw those on a castiron full of butter and watch em puff up, damn is it delicious

Elk Carne. I should have marinated longer and the grill wasn't hot enough. I also got zero puff on my tortillas.
The secret weapon is far right pic 2. The Pepper Plant hot sauce in the repurposed ranch jug. I buy it by the half gallon.

Pepper plant is good especially on eggs/omelettes.
