My basic question is, do multiple bulls use the same wallow? And, do same wallows get used every year?
I found a fresh wallow Oct. 7th, sat 200 yards from it two days later and killed a bull about 70 yards from it. I believe he was headed to it.
Just thinking about trying to hunt same wallow on future hunts. Maybe even earlier like archery or muzzleloader.

In short, yes to both. I'm far from an elk expert, but I have multiple bulls on camera using the same wallow. The wallow has been in use for at least the 3 years since I found it. Not just bulls either. Cows, calves whitetails, bears, bobcats, ravens, rabbits, skunks and squirrels all have used it too (to drink, not necessarily wallow).

Yes yo both in my neck of the woods. Some wallows have been used for the 15 years I have been hunting in the area. Camera shows multiple animals using it too.
