Easy Christmas Cookies For the Kids

Eazzy-Pezzy. 3 ingredients. 1 cup Peanut Butter (I prefer crunchy, but smooth is cool), 1 cup white sugar, 1 whole egg. Mix till well blended, then roll into 1" balls (Should be about 24)
Bake @ 325 for 30 min. Remove from oven and schmush down a Hershey's Kiss to somewhat flatten them out . TA-DA !

We make those as well! We spend a full day every year at this time making a big assortment to give away to friends and to make sure our stock pile will make it until Christmas. One of my kids favorite days of the season. Merry Christmas!
