Can I start a Dream hunt/fish lottery legally?
Say we all pitched in $5 to the pot per entry/winner take all.
Obviously it would be much more convoluted but could it work?

I'm pretty sure there are legal issues that prevent this from happening in the USA---if you're not based here in the USA you can do it or you used to---someone with more info should chip in with better info---chris

I was just thinkin we could send someone on their dream hunt a couple of times a year.
