Deer/Bear Bullets?

I was wondering what bullets you would suggest for deer/bear out of a .338 Win Mag?? I was thinking of using 200gr BT's (actually Ballistic Silvertips), but didn't know if that would be enough for black bears?? Gonna try to pick up some bullets at the gun show this weekend.

The Ballistic tip would be very good for deer, but a bit thin skinned for most bears. I have had good luck with Hornady 225 gr. Of course you can't go wrong with Nosler partitions.
