I posted a thread a month or so ago about how to stay upbeat and all while being totally frustrated. Well, I added not getting an elk or bear to the missed antelope in Wyoming and no archery elk in Colorado. GUH!!!!! This just isn't my year

Cry me a river. 30+ days of archery hunting here with no kill. Feels like a 3 hour dry hump.

The Bull Hearse wants to leave me. Says she is taking any and all offers.

Blowing the dust off of Mad Max. Something is gonna go down soon.

I read that today's High Schoolers think Oral Sex is not really Sex........................I was born too early in the last Century. Now, which part of that statement sucks? John

....chit, who didn't at least once?

Well then you know what it feels like to miss this:D

Cush,

I feel your pain. Now if we can get some good fall weather maybe I can erase these blues with the bang stick!

I feel your pain also. Been hiking in and out 10 miles a trip. Spent 3 weeks and at least 65 hrs in a hyperbaric chamber trying to kill a lope. Have set 5 stands for deer without anything to show for it. They wife says if my hands don't get red soon she's slicing them open. Worst thing is the freezer's just about empty for the first time in my life.

I'll join this club, no deer, elk or bear with a bow, I'm hoping some gunpowder will change the score.

I have it worse than that! I have 9 stands placed on 6 properties (deer hunting in NC) and was ready to go only to be put in the hospital on Labor day due to viral labyrinthitis, 5 days before archery opener. And was released on the archery opener! The bad part is that viral labyrinthitis is like vertigo on steroids and it last for a couple months solid, no good days/ bad days! The symptoms are horrible and the first couple days was like having a constant sea sickness! I couldn`t walk until last week and then only with a walker and still can`t drive, or sit in any of my stands.
Just sitting here reading about your great hunting success and looking at pics.
At least you guys are hunting! Stop your whinning! :D
