Coyotes in Canada

I have a buddy that went to Canada for come varmint hunting. I was just wondering how to do this. He says that you have to know a guide or you cannot hunt. Is this true. Anyone with some help would be great he says the coys are great and worth 2wce what they are around here. Thanks. HAPPY HUNTING hump

Each province has it's own set of rules and regulations. In Sask. nonresidents arent allowed to hunt coyotes at all. Many areas dont allow hunting with out guides . Alberta is this way except when it comes to goose hunting I believe. You will have to check into the regs for the province you are wanting to go hunt in.
