Proposed black bear seasons and regulations for the coming year will be discussed at open house public meetings to be held in Jackson, Pinedale, and Thayne next month. . While there are no significant changes being proposed to the bear hunting seasons in the Jackson/Pinedale region, Game and Fish personnel will be on hand to discuss other proposed changes such as setting bear hunting seasons every three years instead of annually. A number of other changes are being proposed The Jackson Open House will be held on Tuesday, January 6th from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Jackson Game and Fish Office. The Sublette County meeting will be held at the library in Pinedale from 5 to 7 p.m. on January 7th and the Thayne meeting will be held at the Town Hall there, also from 5 – 7 p.m. on January 7th.

I may stop by G&F today and ask about this one.

Thats a big change?

I dont think it is, I read that as just setting the same hunt dates for a three year period, instead of setting season dates every year.

No big deal.
