Can't up date on x chip. computer can't find it. have windows 7. was fine a month ago.

Seams no one had any ideas. Well found out my avg anti virus software was blocking it and i had to completely uninstall it in order to update my chip. so of course i now have a different soft ware program.

Last time I had one updated, I just mailed them the chip and they did it for me. I guess this service is no longer offered?
