Getting both sides to the same table is a GREAT first step. Sounds like people are working on a solution in the right direction.
 
Platt did say today they'd drop the lawsuits if they could decide on the timber sales.
So much for having experts in the USFS/BLM. Doesn't make much sense to have a bunch of educated people hired and then do away with their recommendations.
But then another bunch needs to file suit b/c they weren't included to decide.
