I put in for a point this year and I haven't received a refund should I contact the Colorado state agency?

I would say so. I got my refund at least a month ago, probably more like 2 months.

Got my refund 2 weeks after the draw. Call.

I found out a couple years ago that they will not forward the refund and will not try and track you down. You have to call them and they will resend it.
