I think in a few years it’s gonna create some more opportunities for mid tier tags. You’ll have a lot of guys that want to hunt every year and a lot of guys chasing glory tags. May see some point dumps as guys begin to age out but the system already has that happening. I could be wrong on all that but making people use points is definitely gonna have a effect

I get about one week or so that time of hear to hunt West of the Mississippi. So on years I draw somehwere other than Colorado (most years) I would elect to take the point. Not complaining though, its there gane and im juts happy I get to play. I'll still shoot for a great tag on those years. And if I draw ill decide which hunt to not go on or how I will make the time work to use both. So I think you're right the mid tier tags will be much easier to draw when you figure most people.will be in the im hunting this year or shoot for the moon boat.
