Drew my muzzleloader elk tag for Colorado and have not drawn in quite a few years things have changed since then. Do I now have to call them or some how pay online for that tag or is it automatically billed to my CC. I only see the $9 charge for application

It should have been charged when you drew. You should check with CPW and see that they have your current CC.
Should be automatically charged to the card you applied with. If you did not get charged for the tag make sure you drew the tag. And if you did draw it check the portal and see if you can put there. If not you will have to call. You need to do it ASAP or you will forfeit your tag.
