CO Preference Points (Drawn Out At) Data In Sortable Table (Excel or similar)?

I don't want to pay for the apps that allow for this kind of research, but before I go through the hassle of trying to import the data from the CPW pdf's, I wanted to see if someone already has the "Drawn Out At" data in a sortable format like Excel or knows where I can get it.

Who do we have to pester to see about getting these data in a more usable format? (I will do this myself when I have some time, but prefer not too.)

I don't generally care about elk draws so I've only done it once.

All you need to use is an OCR converter and it will convert it to excel for you.
