I've had Hard Hunts,
I've had a few, too few easy ones.
I learned from each and every single one.

If you're after Bear....pack a large caliber bore. A 338 Mag is Never Too big.
After 'Lope's.....go fast... grab a 25/06 and run with it.
A 30/30 should never be opted out of an Eastern whitetail hunt.

I served through 2 wars, and a couple nasty's, in the Corps.
If you can't scare it away, shoot it.
If you can't shoot it...Freekin' just Blow it Up !
Move forward.
