Carbon tv question

I may just be a little slow, but I cannot figure out how to watch On Your Own Adventures on Carbon TV. I signed on with a password, picked an episode,clicked watch video, and all I can get is the Federal Premium commercial, it never plays the actual show. Any advice? I am trying this on my cell phone if it matters...

What kind of connection are you using - 4G, WiFi, 3G?

I watch it via 4G connection without any trouble. There's a pause between the Federal ad and OYOA, but usually only a couple seconds or less.

It is 4g, but a little sketchy in this building. I will try it a little later w/ better reception, maybe I am not being patient enough after the ad. Thanks!

yeah they switched so theres a new episode every other wednesday. another one comes out tomorrow.
