Camp stew

While I was unsuccessfully trying to explain my point on some property rights earlier this evening I was also cooking up this bad ass stew. (Master multitasker I know) Yesterday I got an unexpected package in the mail and it was a sportmans cookbook that my Grandma saw while shopping and mailed to me. I decided its a good stew weekend. If you like stew I recommend this.

Looks good similar to one I have for moose. Mine you put Thyme powder on meat cubes. Interesting both chicken and beef stock.

Thyme on the cubes is a good idea. Both stocks was the selling point for trying that recipe over the other stews in the book. I've never seen that in a recipe.

Chicken and beef stock make pork stock. That's what my mother in law always told me.
