This has been discussed in the past, but we have a lot of new guys and it would be nice to see some fresh answers. What one animal that is more than likely out of reach to hunt either because of cost or ability to draw tags, etc...would be your bucket list animal to hunt. Mine would be archery moose anywhere I can get one.

I'd say Desert Bighorn or Tule elk. I plan on moving to BC next year, thin horned and some Bighorn hunts are OTC for residents.

Alaska Yukon moose any bighorn sheep would be a very close second.

Bison. Specifically archery bison. But that is not likely going to happen. More attainable would be archery elk. Might get that done in the next 5 years.

Alaskan moose, probably rifle since I want more of a chance! Doubt it will ever happen. Getting older and not making much more money! Can't even get up to our cabin this year. No rental vehicles of any kind available.

Mountain Goat. Seems kind of pedestrian after reading the list above . Caribou is a good one too though. To me that's as much about the terrain and experience as the animal.
