ya its gonna get interesting for sure if it actually goes thru....i still think theres a slim chance it'll happen.
what the Board of Game is saying is that if the concession stuff don't happen, they'll limit non resident hunting opportunity to ten percent, which is the legal amount the state is obligated to offer.
So you'll see ALOT of restricted drawings for non residents instead of the nice over the counter hunts you see now. so from a non resdient and resident stand point...the concession SHOULD go thru..it'll secure open opportunity...draw hunts will still spike the price anyway. it'll be a mess for a while.
