Moosie, if you're serious about this you should consider getting a heart rate monitor and learning to use it effectively. Good chance you will find that you are overtraining...I'm only running about a 9+ minute mile (This morning went 40 minutes at 4.4 miles) I would like to run 1 hour at an 8 minute mile. Still out of my league right now...... Working on it though
