Fantastic write up, very engaging.

I just ended up with a open weekend and did a 25 miles loop, LCR is neat place! Bison and cutthroat trout!

The admission price; elevation and mileage is significant tho.

fantastic story!! Did you happen to see any rock art? I'm planning a horse trip to the Book Cliffs. Do you have any maps or other information on those areas you rode? Any information on hunting trails? I'm experienced in packing and primitive camping
