I guess my question is - would/is he as concerned about the other species the tribes take or just elk?

I remember when individuals, organizations and agencies repeatedly begged Hoppe, "Please remove your disease carrying domestic sheep from the other wildlife."

Nope, he shut his ears to everyone and we lost Bighorn Sheep as a result.

I just did some reading up on this guy. What a terrible human being.
