Been fighting it for 40 years....

sounds like its time you get a young mistress and a sportcar buddy.

I hear a pony tail and a Harley work wonders for a mid-life crisis but I thought a 20 year old superwoman and a new rifle was more to my liking.

Happy Bday.. it really is all downhill from here.

They say 60 is the new 40. I didn't take up down-hill skiing till I was 53. I'm 64 and will go anywhere for the right deer. My pack frame always goes into the truck because I know when I get one it will be too far in to drag out. Take care of yourself and don't slow down.

I'm a little older myself. I keep wondering if I've been alive longer than I'm going to be alive. Then I lace up my boots, and grab a camera and a firearm and go live.

Sportscar....naahhhh......

"I keep wondering if I've been alive longer than I'm going to be alive."

Interesting thought huh.... I figure, barring cancer or some similar, horriblefate, I am going to be alive a long time and be hunting the backcountry a long time....

.

My expiration date gets a year closer in less than two weeks so I discussed greeny's suggestion with Eva...she told me to be very careful with caliber consideration.

Think I'll just go with the pony tail.
