Ballots [spanish/english]

I just checked my mail, and i have recieved this big voting "catolog" and its about 5/8 inch thick and half is in spanish half in english. Now this is common in AZ, but i was wondering if this is the norm in your area, and if it is .How do you feel about it?

I dont know for sure. But the city where I live really needs eubonics translations.

The only "voting catalog" we get around here is from the newspaper. The only way to get the REAL info on candidates is to attend their rallies and appearances, because everything in the paper and on TV is...um...predigested, if you know what I mean.
