I bailed the eng gun ear out who gave me a fillet of his AK salmon in Sept by getting a year-end project out the door for him at the last minute. Brought me a couple more fillets so cooked one up last night. Comment from the honey, "Why don't you just get home in time to cook all the time?" So at least put some points in my account.

Pre heat 400 degrees/bake 15 min
Tinfoil in small baking pan
1/4 cup melted butter
2 TBS dijon mustard
A dab of creamed horseradish
1 TBS lemon just
Some lemon zest

Green salad out of the bag, warmed up a couple of rolls, poured her a glass of huckleberry wine. Zing!

I will have you know that it is Ste Chapelle/Chateau Series Soft Huckleberry sir, and it can be had for $5.40 depending on where you shop!

Just a tad too sweet for me. Still don't know about some of these folks who are from Or e gun...
But, she has put up with my chit for 31 years.
