I’ve decided that it’s time to tackle my stock again. Goodbye green, hello black and tan.

I’ve made sure to let everything set for an hour in between coats so far, and so far everything’s been good. If I have troubles again, then I’m just gonna order a Manners or McMillan.

I don’t have a workshop currently, so I have the stock drying, hanging from my gun cabinet

Interesting granite effect!

The shotgun with the blue & yellow in the cabinet is a real statement! Lol
I was going to add some greens to it but I decided that I liked how it turned out with just the tan on black.

Fun story about that shotgun. It’s a sporting clays AL390 Beretta that my dad got brand new from the factory in 1999. It has not had any modifications done to it at all — it’s completely stock. He nicknamed it “Psycho” and it’s been the favorite firearm in my family since then.
