My dad will be 78 in July and he still takes his boat out crappie fishing everyday by himself.

I better be taking my boat at 78.My dad will be 78 in July and he still takes his boat out crappie fishing everyday by himself.
He usually meets up with some his friends. They all take their own boat, because nobody wants to fish the back of the boat. They all think the guy running the trolling motor up front will catch all the fish.I better be taking my boat at 78.
Thats funny^, not that I know about trolling. He usually meets up with some his friends. They all take their own boat, because nobody wants to fish the back of the boat. They all think the guy running the trolling motor up front will catch all the fish.
What kind of dickhead stealsWhat kind of dickhead steals game meat? Unbelievable. mtmuley
Made me think of this song. I used to fish with twin brothers when they had a spare seat in their boat. They wouldn't fish together, for the same reason - supposedly the guy in the front had a big advantage. He usually meets up with some his friends. That’s funny. Never heard that song. Jerry Reed was a bass fisherman. Some old timers that I grew up around used to fish tournaments that he was in. Imagine how cool it would be fishing with The Snowman!Made me think of this song. I used to fish with twin brothers when they had a spare seat in their boat. Move it ... or lose it! MomLife goes by pretty quickly. Certainly there are a lot of years, when you are past your prime. If you keep you waistline under control, and exercise, it's possible to stay in the game. It can't be like when you were 30, but it beats the hell out of giving it up.

I remember it as an established four year old back then…overrated1963 was a good year!
You da ma straight....Move it ... or lose it! Mom
Don't let the old man in! Clint Eastwood.
I'm in my prime! Doc Holiday (Val Kilmer, RIP)
At 81 ... I still run (if you use the term loosely), hike hard, and hunt mountain elk with grandkids (mostly advise and pack). Signed up for '26 ICEBREAKER, GOVERNORS CUP, and JOHN COLTER RUN (Took age class second last year as there were only two really old "runners"!)
You still gotta kick it at the finish line to celebrate crossing upright ... even if your knees "talk" to you for the next week.
