An old buck I killed several years ago, I shot him in the center of the chest as he faced me about 60 yards away, he ran about 30 yards over the hill and this is exactly how I found him. He took his final breath as I walked up.

The first yote of February. It was a fun 20 plus minute call in. I finally convinced her to sneak in after telling the story of a trespasser having a snack. I was glassing searching for what must have been her buddy yelling at me. When I dropped my binos from my eyes. She was standing at 36.2 yards staring at the call with her hackles up. I quickly squared the crosshairs on her front and smacked her with a TMK, which killed her nearly instantly.
I’ve posted fur and feather photos on this thread, plus shooting sticks (twice!), wallet, camera/range finder pouch and a camo hat, and now I get to post about a little adventure with Mrs kansasdad.

At least she cleaned up after herself. My wife would've left all that on the bathroom counter after doing her nails.

Been there done that.Don't harsh my mellow, man.
Except there were two us gunning a limb, which promptly landed on my dogs nose. We happened to be blowing on an elk bugle at that moment. That dog ducked everytime he heard an elk bugle after that.
We might have been violating some cardinal rules about nighttime drinking, shooting, and general cretin behavior.
