No apology necessary. Thats how it goes, figured you just had a steep downhill angle. Never hit that artery before personally. Have seen a few hit in the femoral artery by other people. Didn't go far though.

I’d relooked at tag allocation and realized I was way off. It was right around 100 tags for the unit. I have no idea where I got 13 from.

So with it being the end of season and 80+% success rate, I figured they were pretty picked over.

Which is exactly what I was seeing, lots of little bucks anywhere near a road.

Got way out into the sage flats and this was the best I saw all day.

He looked good at 500 yards and that was good enough for me to get closer with the gun. Once there, I couldn’t help but give him a victory lap in the burb.
